The REO market differs greatly from retail real estate.
We have more of a responsibility to the Seller since
the Seller is usually not local. Private sellers usually
occupy their properties - REO's are vacant. The conditions
of the properties vary so greatly and they generally
require servicing. Private sellers are individuals -
REO sellers are corporations.
