Karen Voynich Preservation |
Karen began working at Rasmus Real
Estate in 2009 as an administrative assistant. She quickly
joined Field Services personnel, handling new property
assignments and ensuring homes are properly maintained.
This ultimately led her to become head of Property
Preservation where she coordinates full rehabilitations
and regular property maintenance. Karen graduated from
Mercer University and is a licensed real estate agent.

Karen Kelley Office Administrator

Karen began her career at Rasmus Real
Estate in 2007; currently, she is the receptionist.
On a day-to-day basis she is responsible for answering
a multi-line telephone system, routing phone calls,
sorting mail, and assisting in shipping coordination.
Prior to joining Rasmus Real Estate, Karen worked in
the retail industry where she developed 10 years of
customer service.

Alicia Baker Administrative Assistant
|
Alicia has been with Rasmus Real Estate
since 2008 as an administrative assistant. She is responsible
for researching property data and resolving issues related
to property addressing and reporting to clients. Additionally,
Alicia has mentored and trained new employees in several
administrative capacities.
