Kim works with clients, buyers, agents and attorneys to facilitate the closing process of both bank owned and retail properties. She is well versed in resolving title issues (including mobile homes) , communicating information regarding extensions and contract revisions and resolving any closing related problems that may arise. Kim joined Rasmus Real Estate in 2002.

Emily coordinates documents and closing schedules for clients, buyers, agents and attorneys. In addition to supporting the closing department, Emily manages relocation assistance programs and works with eviction attorneys. Prior to joining Rasmus Real Estate in 2007, Emily worked in the mortgage industry.

Mary works in the accounting department to ensure proper payment and billing of all property related invoices. She adheres to strict guidelines for each client and manages the payment process to our vendors to pay them quickly as possible. Mary is responsible for maintaining accounting relationships with our clients and is the main contact for all billing and payment issues.
Prior to joining Rasmus Real Estate in 2002, Mary worked as an accountant in the construction industry.

Mitzi has been with the Rasmus Real Estate accounting department since 2007. In addition to ensuring accurate billing to clients, Mitzi manages our relationships with utility companies across the city.
