Don joined Rasmus Real Estate in 2006 as our Client Relations Manger. He recently transferred his real estate license from New York to Georgia and has taken on the responsibility of acquiring new clients and managing current relationships. Don works with the Director of Operations to make sure client requirements are met by each individual on the asset management team.

Prior to joining Rasmus Real Estate, Don worked in a sales and management capacity for one of America's largest hotel companies. His background in customer service and facilities management has proven to be invaluable in our environment.

Eric Lohrey
Asset Manager, Licensed Agent

Eric has been with Rasmus Real Estate since 2008 as a licensed Agent and Asset Manager. Eric works with buyer's agents and our clients to negotiate offers. Prior to joining Rasmus Real Estate, Eric worked in real estate sales for one of the largest brokerages in Atlanta.

Kathryn joined Rasmus Real Estate in 2006 as a closing coordinator. She quickly became licensed and moved into the Asset Management department where she now works with buyer's agents, sellers, contractors and other service providers to handle some of our larger client accounts.

Rusty joined Rasmus Real Estate in 2008 as a field representative and has since moved into an administrative role with the Asset Management department. Rusty has a background in corporate sales and is currently working toward obtaining his real estate license.

Jenny has been with Rasmus Real Estate since 2007 as an administrative assistant. She is responsible for researching property data and resolving issues related to property addressing and reporting to clients. Additionally, Jenny has mentored and trained new employees in several administrative capacities.

After graduating from The University of Mississippi, Ashley joined Rasmus Real Estate in an administrative capacity. Ashley researches property tax issues, supports the asset management team and locates data regarding comparables for properties. Ashley is currently working toward obtaining her real estate license.
