Jude Rasmus
President |
Jude, one of the two founders of Rasmus
Real Estate, is the Broker in charge for the company. She
is responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth
and management of Rasmus Real Estate group. In addition
to fostering strategic growth, Jude serves as a mentor for
the Rasmus staff. Her knowledge of sales strategies and
the ever-changing climate of the Greater Atlanta market
enable her to guide the entire staff in the best possible
client servicing available.
Jude is a licensed real estate agent in two states and former
owner/partner of a national franchised real estate company
with over 100 agents and annual sales in excess of 450 million.

Sean Rasmus
Vice President |
Sean began selling bank owned properties
over 15 years ago. As a former RE/MAX Realtor, he was consistently
noted as one of the top 25 RE/MAX Realtors internationally.
In 2004, Sean was awarded as the top transaction side RE/MAX
Realtor worldwide. Under Sean's leadership, Rasmus Real
Estate Group sells an average of 700 properties per year.
Sean's background also includes commercial construction.
He started a steel erection company in 1985 and is experienced
with site acquisition, hiring, and managing sub-contractors,
ordering and scheduling materials, construction of the facilities,
and budgeting and financial accountability.

Dee Nirschl Director of Operations
|
Dee is Director of Operations and has
been with Rasmus Real Estate Group since 1998. Dee is responsible
for the daily operations of the company, including: planning,
staffing, budgeting, prioritizing, managing client relations
and the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
In addition, she participates with senior managers and makes
final decisions on administrative, personnel and operational
matters, establishing strategic plans to ensure the effective
achievement of company objectives. She is also responsible
for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the
operation and managing the growth of the company.
Dee has a twenty year background in the mortgage, real estate
and legal fields, including handling foreclosure and bankruptcy
matters.

Ben Bluemle Director of Business Development
|
Ben is the Director of Business Development and has
been with Rasmus Real Estate Group since May of 2007. Ben is responsible
for developing the planned growth and promotion of Rasmus Real Estate. Ben
enhances Rasmus Real Estate's visibility in the marketplace by expanding
current and potential client relationships and strategically negotiating
contracts. While managing the company marketing efforts, Ben identifies
and develops new business opportunities and forms partnerships with key industry
constituents. Ben began his real estate career as a Network Acquisition Specialist
for TriStar Investors. Through his position at TriStar, Ben was responsible for
the identification, negotiation and assignment of existing leases between landowners
and cellular tower owners on existing cellular tower locations throughout the country.
